Power-Plus Handlight
The FD1 is a high-intensity industrial grade rechargeable handlight
that is specifically designed for Firefighters. The FD1 is powered
by a 6 volt sealed lead battery and a GE halogen sealed beam. The
rugged and impact resistant FD1 boasts a blinding (60,000 peak cp)
beam of light for up to 4 hours. The FD1 features a heavy-duty handle grip with intergraded adjustable carry strap and quick-disconnect buckle. The FD1 is also equipped with solid brass
charging contacts, one-piece weatherproof housing, rubber-coated
internal electrical connections, self cleaning push-button switch
and a durable shock absorbing rubber bezel.

Base/Charger
The FD1 base/charger unit incorporates the latest in solid state electronics, super-rugged ABS plastic and reinforced stainless steel (on vehicle chargers only). The fully automatic charger features two LED indicators that display Red for charging and Green for charged. For maximum durability the base / charger is fitted with stainless steel charging contacts. Versatile charging capabilities include 110VAC, 220VAC, and 12VDC power sources. |
